Free Standard Shipping on All U.S. Orders No minimum order. No hidden fees. Every order ships free to any address in the contiguous United States.

Where Do We Deliver?

We ship across the United States. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Pocatello, Idaho and delivered to addresses throughout the contiguous U.S.


Shipping Cost

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no surprise shipping fees added.


Order Processing

We process all orders within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Order Cut-off Time Orders placed before 11:00 PM MST (UTC −7) on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Oversized & Freight Items

Some of our larger products — such as storage sheds, pergolas, and gazebos — need to be shipped by freight carrier due to their size and weight. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Warehouse Location

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Pocatello, Idaho (USA). Shipping times may vary slightly based on your distance from our fulfillment location.


Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. If you need to ship to multiple destinations, please place separate orders for each address.


Order Status & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Order Not Arrived? If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at Contact@hananoa.com with your name and order number and we will look into it right away.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for items that are new or in like-new condition and remain in their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
