We Submit the Claim Our support team will contact the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim on your behalf. Often, the manufacturer will provide warranty service directly for quicker resolution rather than a third party managing it.

Replacement Parts

Some manufacturers may replace the entire unit, but some manufacturers only provide replacement parts. In such cases:

  • Parts are sent directly to the customer.
  • Installation may be the responsibility of the customer, unless titles to vehicles or equipment specify otherwise.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Warranty claim shipping costs will follow manufacturer policy:
