Some of the products we sell at Hananoa LLC are large and heavy — such as storage sheds, pergolas, and gazebos. These items require special freight shipping instead of regular parcel delivery. This page has all the information you need about how freight shipping works.


What Is Freight Shipping?

Freight shipping is used for big or heavy items that cannot be sent through regular carriers like UPS or FedEx. A freight carrier picks up these items in a truck and brings them directly to your address. This makes sure that your product arrives safely and in perfect condition.


Which Products Require Freight Shipping?

Freight shipping is typically required for the following types of products:

  • Storage sheds (resin and steel)
  • Gazebos and pergolas
  • Large outdoor structures and patio covers
  • Any other large or heavy outdoor items

If an item requires freight shipping, it will be indicated on the product listing.


Is Freight Shipping Free?

Yes! Just like all our other orders, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for large items.


How Long Does Freight Delivery Take?

Freight orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Processing takes 1 business day (Mon-Sat). Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the freight carrier.


How Does Freight Delivery Work?

Freight delivery is a little different from regular parcel delivery. Here is what you can expect:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email

The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment

You must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment

The driver will deliver the item to your curb or driveway - not inside your home

Inspect the package carefully before signing for it

What Should I Do When My Freight Order Arrives?

Before signing for your delivery, please do the following:

  • Inspect the packaging carefully for any visible damage
  • If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of any damage immediately
  • Contact us at Contact@hananoa.com with your order number and photos
Important: If you sign for a delivery without noting damage, it may be difficult to file a claim later. Always inspect before signing.

What If My Freight Order Arrives Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:

  • Email us at Contact@hananoa.com with your order number and photos of the damage
  • Do not attempt to assemble a damaged product
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Can I Track My Freight Order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the freight carrier's website.

Tracking Updates Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after your shipment notification email. You can also check your order status at hananoa.com/order-status.

What If Nobody Is Home During Delivery?

Since freight deliveries require someone to be present, please make sure you are available during the scheduled delivery window. If you miss your delivery appointment, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee. Do You Ship Freight Internationally?

No. All freight shipments are within the United States only. We do not currently offer international freight shipping.
