Some of the products we sell at Hananoa LLC are large and heavy — such as storage sheds, pergolas, and gazebos. These items require special freight shipping instead of regular parcel delivery. This page has all the information you need about how freight shipping works.
Freight shipping is used for big or heavy items that cannot be sent through regular carriers like UPS or FedEx. A freight carrier picks up these items in a truck and brings them directly to your address. This makes sure that your product arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Freight shipping is typically required for the following types of products:
- Storage sheds (resin and steel)
- Gazebos and pergolas
- Large outdoor structures and patio covers
- Any other large or heavy outdoor items
If an item requires freight shipping, it will be indicated on the product listing.
Yes! Just like all our other orders, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for large items.
Freight orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Processing takes 1 business day (Mon-Sat). Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the freight carrier.
Freight delivery is a little different from regular parcel delivery. Here is what you can expect:
Before signing for your delivery, please do the following:
- Inspect the packaging carefully for any visible damage
- If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of any damage immediately

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately:
- Email us at Contact@hananoa.com with your order number and photos of the damage
- Do not attempt to assemble a damaged product
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the freight carrier's website.
Since freight deliveries require someone to be present, please make sure you are available during the scheduled delivery window. If you miss your delivery appointment, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee. No. All freight shipments are within the United States only. We do not currently offer international freight shipping.
