At Hananoa LLC, we know that plans can change. This page tells you how to cancel an order, what happens after you do, and what you can do if your order has already been shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following:
Please have your order number and full name ready so we can locate your order quickly.
We cannot cancel your order if it has already left our warehouse. However, you can still return it within 90 days of receiving it.

- No restocking fees - ever
- Full refund processed within 7 business days of receiving the item

Contact us immediately if you find out you ordered the wrong item. We can cancel your order and help you place the correct one if it has not yet shipped. Our return policy applies if it has already been shipped.
In very rare cases, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:
- The item is out of stock or no longer available
- We are unable to verify your payment details
- We are unable to confirm your shipping address
- There is a pricing or listing error on the product
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified immediately by email and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Once your cancellation is confirmed:
Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
