Where do we deliver?

We ship across the United States.

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)

Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)

Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM CST (UTC -6)

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, email us at Contact@hananoa.com with your name and order number.

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

• We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products

• We also accept returns of new and slightly used products
